A Full Spectrum of Fitness

Based on our five proprietary modalities, Vybe 5 combines the restorative benefits of infrared heat to provide a complete mind-body fitness experience.

Each 50 minute workout is designed for all fitness levels to increase strength and flexibility, sharpen your mental acuity and enhance your immune system.

Warm Up

Each session begins with setting our intentions, goals and establishing a balance. Followed by a brief class intro and warm up led by your Guide.

Power Flow

Vybe 5 Flows are specifically choreographed to enhance flexibility, posture, balance and coordination while promoting increased mental clarity and focus. Leads to reduced anxiety and emphasizes the mind-body connection.

Strength

Incorporating body weight, hand weights and resistance bands to tone and strengthen upper and lower body muscles, improve bone health, boost metabolism and improved overall functional fitness.

Cardio

Each round incorporates 4 different moves designed to burn fat, increase cardiovascular health, improve endurance, reduce stress and rev-up the metabolic engine.

Repeat 3 rounds of Power Flow, Strength and Cardio.

Core

Designed to functionally strengthen the abdomen, lower back, hips and pelvis. Supports stability, improved posture, injury prevention and overall health.

Flexibility

The finishing round of your workout will be a block of flexibility work to help reduce muscle soreness, enhance recovery, improve circulation and aid in overall injury prevention.

Mindful Cooldown

Each session ends with an introspective and relaxing cool down segment enhanced with cool lavender infused towels to align your mind, body and emotional wellness for the rest of your day. This “me time” is a perfect way to reflect on all you have accomplished and quietly reinvigorate your inner peace.
